Kimberly Craig Spotlight
  • Kimberly is a senior at Bartlesville High School and a student in the TCTC dental assisting program.
  • According to her instructor, Brandi Gann, "Kimberly came to every free clinic for the past two years and assisted on patients as a junior.  She is always working ahead, maintaining an A average.  Kimberly is also one of the few students learning medical terminology which is not part of our curriculum."
Goals:
  1. After graduating high school, she plans on attending Oklahoma State University and majoring in sciences to work towards a pre-health degree.
  2. After completing her college education, she would like to attend OSU-Tulsa medical school and later specialize in obstetrics.
  • Kimberly is president of the Health Occupations Student Association where she takes the lead to help keep her peers on track not only with their classwork, but on their HOSA projects as well.
  • Last year she competed in the bio-medical debate where her group received excellent reviews.
  • Special accomplishments Kimberly has achieved include:  being accepted into college, the Superintendent's Honor Roll, President's Honor Roll, testing out of English Composition I, winning nationals for cheerleading, completing Rogers State University classes, being named employee of the month at her job, and being named a logistics leader.
  • Through the Tri County dental assisting program, Kimberly assists many in the community by assisting with the Delta Dental free clinics.  She has also volunteered for Special Olympics, Miles for Mammograms, United Way Day of Caring, and Relay for Life.
