The incubator goal is to assist businesses to grow and become successful.
It provides an excellent environment for new and unique manufacturing or service businesses to develop into expanded, wealth generating concerns that move into permanent locations in the Tri County area, increasing employment and expanding the local economic base.
Businesses participating in the incubator program have access to:

- Industrial areas 1000 – 2000 square feet
- Office areas 286 or 572 square feet
- Amortized lease rate allowing affordable start-up and escalating over he incubation period
- Affordable, detailed training in Self-Employment, Governmental Bid Assistance, Small Business Management, Industrial, or adult skills development
- Direct assistance from the Center’s team of consultants in such areas as management, marketing, operations, employee relations, government contracting, taxes, accounting, insurance, and locating resources and suppliers.
