Your company/organization can receive cusomized training to meet your specific needs. A thorough needs assessment will be completed and specific training objectives identified.  Training will vary depending on the needs and size of the organization.  Routine offerings have included computer training, supervisory training and various technically based courses.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT Training for start-up businesses

• The Self-Employment Training Program is a 10-week program intended to aid in writing a successful business plan that covers pertinent aspects of setting up a new business. Guest speakers are respected professionals with real world experience.

Certified Small Business INCUBATOR for manufacturing and service businesses

BID ASSISTANCE to aid in procurement of government contracts

• Business is offered assistance through the Bid Assistance Center for the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN) with coordinators to assist your business in competing for government contracts. This unique service helps business navigate through the “red tape” of government forms.

OSHA Compliance/Safety Training
OSHA compliance and safety training are issues that every small business and/or agency needs to address. Training includes a review of legal requirements, developing a sound safety plan, and creating a ”culture of safety” among employees.
