The TCTC Foundation

The TCTC Foundation may perhaps be the only reason many students are able to further their education, better themselves and in turn better our communities.  The Foundation was established in 1970 for the sole purpose of making education easier for residents of northeast Oklahoma.

The objectives of the Foundation are to:

• Award scholarship grants to needy and deserving students of the TCTC District and
• To assist in and advance the establishment and maintenance of better facilities and general overall improvement of TCTC.

The Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) organization and receives funding through the generosity of individuals, businesses and other entities who want to play a part in providing educational opportunities.  All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

By contributing to the Foundation you can help make education attainable to the citizens of our district.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for assuring that all funds are distributed per the Foundation bylaws and donor specification.  Donors may specify that their donations assist students in specific programs.  The type of assistance, such as emergency expenses, tuition assistance, book and supplies assistance can also be specified or donations may be  classified as “unrestricted” and will be used for any purpose outlined in the bylaws.
