Culinary Arts

The Tri County Technology Center Culinary Arts students run a food court called the Osage Market. Our student-run Osage Market is designed to give students valuable experience working with the public in a restaurant environment. The Osage Market is open daily from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and serves a full breakfast and lunch menu, with a different special served every day. The Culinary Arts students prepare the meals served as well as help run the operations of the market

Another notorious attribute of our Culinary Arts department is the Osage Room Buffet. The buffet features a unique dining experience from start to finish with exceptional food and service. Because of the overwhelming popularity of the buffet, a waiting list is in place.
